 How do we order? 
All orders are to be placed via our website: www.roandcowholesale.co.uk 

How much is shipping?
Tracked 48hr is £3.50 & Tracked 24hr is £5.00. This doesn’t change on quantity ordered.

What is your minimum order?
We don’t have one. You can order as little or as much as you like.

How do we contact you?

I forgot something from my order, can I add to it?
Unfortunately due to the volume of orders we receive we are unable to add to or amend orders once placed.

When will be my order be dispatched?
We always try and get your order out within 24 hours however we recommend allowing 48 hours as during busy periods it can take a little longer. 

I haven’t received a response to my email?
Please allow 48 hours for a response, if you haven’t received one in this time, please resend the email or call us on 07720331945

I’ve received my order and something is broken or missing, what should I do?
Please report it to us via email or phone. This must be done within 5 days of receipt, anything out of this timeframe cannot be investigated. 

How do I find out when an item is back in stock?
You can use the ‘notify me when available’ option on the website and you will receive an email when the item is back in stock. We do not give out timeframes on restocks if we do not have a confirmed date.

Where are you based and do you allow collections?
We are based in M30, Manchester UK & we allow collections Monday - Friday 9-3pm. Please wait for your email to let you know your order is ready to collect before attending the unit. 

Can we use your photos to advertise?
Yes! All photos on our website can be shared on your business page to get an idea of interest. Please DO NOT share them on supplier groups & buy/sell groups. 

I no longer need the items I received, can I return them?
Unfortunately not, we are a B2B supplier and do not accept refund requests. 

I’ve just placed an order but I want to cancel it, I’ve changed my mind
We cannot cancel orders once placed. We work on a quick turnaround & we are charged transaction fees & postage fees upon your order being placed. 

I’ve entered the incorrect address, what should I do?
Please call us a matter of urgency if within our opening times, if outside of these please email us - we’ll do our best to change this however we can never guarantee it will be picked up in time.
