Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries where possible.
£5.00 - Royal Mail Tracked 24
£3.50 - Royal Mail Tracked 48
This will differ if your order is a mix of preorder and RTS items where you will be charged double postage as we are unable to hold in stock items.
Delivery and dispatch timescales are not guaranteed and may change during busy periods, Ro & Co Wholesale Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by the courier.
Collections
We allow customers to collect their orders from our unit, please ensure before making the journey that you have received an email confirming it is ready. We are open for collections between 9am-3pm Monday-Friday
As a B2B store, we will only issue a full refund if an item is faulty or damaged. We do not accept refund requests; cancellation of order requests or returns.
We cannot provide a return or refund for damaged/faulty products if they have been worn, printed or processed. No credit or refunds will be made for decoration costs or time.
Damages and issues
Any issues with an order must be reported to us via email or phone within 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately
We will need a photo of the following:
Packaging clearly showing the address label
Damaged items
Paper invoice
Without these photos, we will be unable to raise an investigation and resolve the issue.
Any issues out of the timeframe cannot be resolved. for incorrect items, the correct item will be issued once the incorrect item has been scanned in by Royal Mail. We will issue a returns label to you immediately.
