Step 1
Lint roll the garment to ensure any bits of dust/fluff are removed 

Step 2
Preheat your heat press (we recommend pressing at 140-160 however this will differ with material) 

Step 3
Press your design for 10 seconds 

Step 4
Peel back the carrier sheet (can be peeled hot or cold) 

Step 5
Apply a Teflon sheet to the top of your design and re-press for 10 seconds
