How do we order?

What is your minimum order?

I forgot something from my order - can I add to it?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to amend or add to orders once they have been placed.
When will be my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During busy periods, please allow up to 48 hours.
I haven’t received a response to my email?
Please allow 48 hours for a response, if you haven’t heard back from us in this time, please resend your email or call us on 07720 331 945
I’ve received my order and something is broken or missing - what should I do?
Please report this to us via email or phone within 5 days of receipt. Any issues reported outside of this timeframe cannot be investigated.
How do I find out when an item is back in stock?
You can use the ‘notify me when available’ option on the website and you will receive an email when the item is back in stock.
Where are you based and do you allow collections?
We are based in M30, Manchester, UK. Collections are available Monday-Friday between 9am-3pm. Please wait for your collection confirmation email before attending.
Can we use your photos to advertise?
Yes! All images on our website can be shared on your business page to gauge interest. Please DO NOT share them on supplier groups & buy/sell groups.
I no longer need the items I received, can I return them?
Unfortunately, as a B2B supplier, we do not accept returns or refund requests.
I’ve just placed an order but I want to cancel it, I’ve changed my mind
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We operate a quick turnaround and transaction and postage fees are incurred immediately.
I’ve entered the incorrect address, what should I do?
Please contact us urgently by phone during opening hours. If outside these times, email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend it; however, we cannot guarantee the change will be made in time.
