Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, dispatch times may be extended.

We primarily use DPD & Royal Mail for deliveries where possible.

Delivery and dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ro & Co Wholesale Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked - £5.00
DPD Next Working Day Delivery (excluding some Scotland postcodes) – £5.00

Collections

Customers may collect orders directly from our unit.

Collections are available Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm

Please do not attend until you have received an email confirming your order is ready for collection

Returned Parcels & Address Errors

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

an incorrect or incomplete delivery address; or
failed delivery attempts,

the order will need to have postage paid again before it can be resent.

We are unable to offer refunds or credit for parcels returned due to address errors.
