  • Must be in a PNG format
  • Must have a Transparent background
  • For 24oz/16oz please upload a wrap & ensure it is the correct size as we will print exactly what is uploaded - if a wrap isn’t uploaded we will print it to the height of the cup chosen 
  • Must be sized correctly - single decals will be resized to the size chosen unless stated in the notes otherwise. Half metres & metres are not resized unless it is a single image so please ensure these are sized correctly. We will not warp an image. 
  • 300DPI
  • All images must be uploaded via the website and cannot be sent via email. 
  • Any orders of 5m+ may be subject to a longer turnaround time - please email if you need to check this

PLEASE NOTE: your image will be printed exactly as is uploaded, if it contains a background this will still be printed as it is. Please ensure your image is correct

FAQ's

Tracked 48hr is £3.50 & Tracked 24hr is £5.00. This doesn’t change on quantity ordered.

We always try and get your order out within 24 hours however we recommend allowing 48 hours as during busy periods it can take a little longer. 

Unfortunately due to the volume of orders we receive we are unable to add to or amend orders once placed.

Please report it to us via email or phone. This must be done within 5 days of receipt, anything out of this timeframe cannot be investigated.
